Yes. Guests order and pay on their own phone, or pay at the counter if they prefer.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Guests use their own phones, you print the QR codes, and staff see orders on any phone, tablet or computer.

What happens if a guest scans an old code?

Each printed code points at a permanent short link. When a table moves or the menu changes, you re-point the link and the printed code follows it. Replacing a code has an undo.

How do orders reach the kitchen?

Every order lands on the orders board, tied to its table, and reaches the kitchen screen and docket printer. The kitchen and bar page explains how each line reaches its station.

Is there a per-order fee?

No. There is no commission and no per-order fee. QR ordering is part of every plan from Solo up, from $99 a month +GST.

The guest orders and pays on their own phone, and the paid order lands on your board. Online card payments run through Stripe at Stripe's published rate with no markup from us.

A declared allergy reaches the kitchen: Menu items carry allergen flags, and a guest's declared allergy shows on the orders board for the kitchen. We make no promises about a plate.
Order ahead for pickup: Guests order for later from your own ordering link and pay when they collect.
Café starter menu: Cafés start with a ready-made coffee menu and edit it from there.
A menu you edit and publish: A price change never rewrites what you already sold.
QR code management: You create codes one at a time or in bulk, group them by area, and relabel, replace or move them. Each change has an undo.
Order numbers and ready texts: Numbers start again each business day. The guest gets an SMS when the order is ready or rejected.
