Food to the kitchen, drinks to the bar, automatically.

Each line of an order goes to the station that makes it. The burger goes to the kitchen, the beer to the bar, and the dessert to the pass.

  • Kitchen screens
  • Docket printing

What changes on the pass

Nobody reads out the order

The kitchen sees the food lines and the bar sees the drinks, as the order goes on.

Allergies travel with the order

A guest's declared allergy shows to the kitchen with the order.

Guests know when it is ready

The guest gets a text when the order is ready, or if it is rejected.

One order, three stations

  1. Order
  2. Burger
  3. Kitchen
  1. Order
  2. Beer
  3. Bar
  1. Order
  2. Dessert
  3. Pass

Orders come from staff devices and from QR codes at the table. Every order also sits on the orders board, so a venue with no screen or printer still sees each one and its stage.

Kitchen display

A paired screen in the kitchen shows incoming orders and updates live. You pair it once with a short-lived code, and it needs no staff login.

Docket printing on Star CloudPRNT

Order lines print as dockets at the station that makes them. A docket counts as printed only once the printer confirms it. A printer that loses power picks the same docket back up when it returns, so a power blip does not skip an order.

A declared allergy prints as a banner on the docket, and a reprint carries the same banner. Each printer is set up once with its own address, and staff get an alert when a printer stops responding.

Live on every order

Orders board
Staff accept or reject each order with a reason and move it through its stages. Every screen updates as they do.
Allergens shown to the kitchen
Menu items carry allergen flags, and a declared allergy shows on the orders board. We make no promises about a plate.
Order numbers per business day
Numbers start again each business day. The guest gets an SMS when the order is ready or rejected.

More in the kitchen

Kitchen screen accepts the order, set per venue
Each venue decides whether the kitchen screen accepts an order before cooking starts.
Printer offline alerts
Staff get an alert when a docket printer stops responding.
Stock, courses and order changes
Stock tracking, course firing and changes to an order already sent.
