Bookings & tables

Bookings on your website. Tables on your floor. One diary.

For restaurants, pubs and cafés. Guests book on your own website or your hosted page. Phone bookings and walk-ins go in the same diary, and the floor plan shows every table as service runs.

No commission. No per-booking fee. Your customers stay yours.

What changes on day one

More bookings land on your own site

Guests book where they found you, under your name, with no account to create.

One diary for the whole night

Online, phone and walk-in bookings sit together on one screen.

No booking written twice

A second booking on the same table or time is refused, and a double tap makes one booking.

What you can run today

Taking the booking

One snippet on your website, or a hosted page
Paste one snippet and the form sits on your site. No website? You get a hosted booking page.
Pressing Book twice won’t create two bookings
A guest who taps twice on a patchy connection gets one booking.
How we do it

The booking form gives each tap an operation id, and the server writes one booking per id. A database exclusion constraint then refuses any second booking on the same table or slot. We test that under load.

Request or instant confirmation
Confirm on the spot or approve each one. Unanswered requests expire, and you can offer another time.
Your rules on the grid
Set notice, how far ahead guests book, buffers and closures. Guests jump to the next day with a free time.
Bookings from AI assistants
AI assistants can check availability and book through your venue’s agent key or our MCP server. You switch it on or off.

Running the floor

Tables by party size and section
Guests book for their party size. You run the sections and allocate the tables.
Walk-ins and phone bookings in the same diary
Staff enter phone bookings with the guest’s requirements and seat walk-ins in one step.
Waitlists for tables and appointments
Guests join by link or QR code, and a freed table goes to the next in line. Appointment waitlists offer a freed slot the same way.
A guest link to move or cancel
For appointments, the confirmation carries a private link to move or cancel, up to three moves.
Weekly repeats and a public API
Staff set a booking to repeat weekly. Developers get a public REST API with an OpenAPI spec.
