Every booking feature the big platforms sell you. At a price you can read on this page.

You shouldn't have to ring a salesperson to find out what software costs.
Most venue booking platforms won't publish a price. You fill in a demo form, wait for a state-based rep, then get a "tailored quote", which means the number depends on what they think you'll pay. Then the useful parts arrive as add-ons, each with its own monthly fee.
One published price
Three plans, on the website, in dollars. The price you read is the price you pay, and it's the same whether you're a 40-seat bistro or a 400-seat club.
Nothing is metered
Unlimited bookings on every plan: no 500-booking entry cap, no per-cover fee, no commission clipped off your own regulars.
One price, not modules
Events, gift cards, waitlist, CRM and SMS aren't separate line items. They're the product. Elsewhere each one is another monthly add-on.
Everything you're using now, and the things you've been quoted extra for.
We built to match what the established Australian platforms do, then included the parts they bill as add-ons.

An AI that answers the phone
Takes bookings when the bar is slammed and nobody can pick up, answers "are you open Sunday" and "do you do gluten free", and transfers a real caller to a human. Knows your menu, hours and policies. Included on Pro.
Your booking widget
Embeds on your existing site, matches your branding, custom fields, deep-links to a date. Plus bookings direct from Google, Facebook and Instagram.
Your data stays yours
One-click CSV export of your whole guest list, any time, including the day you leave. We don't market to your guests and we don't run a marketplace that competes with you.
It has to talk to everything you already run.
Bookings that don't reach the POS are just a note on a screen. We connect through Doshii, the Australian hospitality middleware that already reaches tens of thousands of venues, so your existing till, payments and marketing keep working.

The only things that ever cost extra: SMS beyond your monthly allowance, billed at cost (8c per SMS in Australia); AI phone minutes past fair use; and extra venues on Group at $49 each. Card processing is Stripe's standard rate, charged by Stripe, not marked up by us, and you can pass it to the guest if you want.
Where we differ is the invoice.
Most Australian venues we speak to are on a platform that does much of what we do. What they can't tell us is what they're paying for it, or why the venue down the road pays something different.

Comparison reflects publicly available information and what venues report to us, as at August 2026. Competitor terms change and are often quoted per venue — always ask your current provider for their figures in writing. Send us your existing invoice and we'll tell you if you're better off staying.
Live in about a week, without a Saturday night gamble.
We read your current setup
Your floor plan, services, booking rules and, if you'll show us, your current invoice. Twenty minutes on a call.
We build it and migrate your data
Floor plan, services, guest database, upcoming bookings and gift card balances come across. You don't retype anything. No charge.
Both systems run in parallel
Your old system stays live while your team gets comfortable. Nothing is switched off until you say so.
We flip the widget and stay close
Website, Google and socials point at the new booking form. We're on the phone through your first busy service, not a ticket queue.
What we need from you
- A copy of your current floor plan (a photo is fine)
- Your trading hours and service times
- Export of your guest list, if you have one
- Access to your website to place the widget
- Your Google Business Profile, for Reserve with Google
- Which POS you run
That's it. We do the build, the templates, the email authentication and the testing.
Questions
Straight answers
How can you charge less than the established platforms?
We don't run a consumer booking marketplace, a national advertising budget, or a state-by-state field sales team — and we don't pay to be part of a per-booking network. Per-cover fees and quote-only pricing exist to recover those costs. We sell direct, we publish one price, and the software costs less to run than it did when these platforms were built.
Do you charge commission or a fee per cover?
Never. One flat monthly subscription, unlimited bookings, and you keep 100% of your revenue. We also don't charge you to reach guests who are already yours.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export it, in full, in one click, and we delete our copy on request. Your guest list is an asset of your venue, not leverage we hold over you. We don't market to your guests and we don't operate a marketplace that competes with your venue.
Will it work with my POS?
For most Australian venues, yes. We integrate via Doshii, the hospitality middleware that connects to the POS systems used across tens of thousands of Australian venues — including Idealpos, Impos, Lightspeed/Kounta and SwiftPOS, plus direct connections to Square and Stripe. Tell us what you run and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. It's month to month. If we stop earning it, you leave, and we'll help you export. We'd rather fix the reason than hold you to a term.
What does the AI phone assistant actually do?
It answers calls your team can't get to: it takes and confirms a booking straight into the diary, answers questions from your own menu, hours and policies, and hands a caller to a human when it should. You choose the hours it's on and see a transcript of every call. It's included on Venue Pro within fair use.
We're a group with several venues. How does that work?
The Group plan puts every venue in one diary with a shared guest database and group-level reporting, while keeping per-venue permissions so a duty manager sees only their own room. $299/month covers five venues, then $49 for each additional one.
Who is behind this?
BookMyVenue is built and supported in Australia by Alien IT Solutions, who also build and host websites and booking flows for Australian venues and trades. You get the people who wrote the software, not an offshore support tier.
Bring your current invoice. We'll tell you if you're better off staying.
