Fresha fees in Australia
Fresha publishes pricing for its booking software, but as at 4 October 2026 we could not find a specific Australian card-processing rate anywhere on its own pricing pages. Rather than print a number we can't stand behind, we have left it blank below, and we show you how to work out your own real number instead.

We could not source an Australian payment-processing rate from Fresha's own published pricing on 14 August 2026, and the same was true when we re-checked on 4 October 2026. fresha.com/for-business/pricing renders no crawlable rate; the pricing page that does load renders no crawlable rate and describes the software charge as per bookable team member; support.fresha.com redirects to the marketing site. Rather than print a number we cannot stand behind, we have left Fresha's rate blank. Ask Fresha for their current Australian processing rate in writing, then enter it in the calculator's custom-rate field, the calculator will compare it against every other provider on this page.

How to get the real number in two minutes
Open your latest Fresha payout report or tax invoice. Take a month of processed volume, take the fees line, divide. That's your effective rate, GST included, on your own mix, from your own numbers. Type it into the calculator next to the published terminal rates and you finally have a comparison on one basis: yours.
Compare it against the others
The terminal providers publish complete rate cards; the comparison page puts them side by side and runs the annual numbers.
One trap when you compare: providers don't all publish on the same tax basis. A rate quoted excluding GST looks about ten percent cheaper than the same rate quoted inclusive. Every table on this site labels the basis on each row, and we don't compare across bases without saying so.
There is no card surcharging in Australia from 1 October 2026. Whatever a surcharge has been recovering for you has to come from your prices or your margin from that date.
