What you can run today
Functions
- Enquiries through your own link
- Guests send a function enquiry from your link, and it lands in a list your team works through.
- Quotes the guest accepts online
- You reply with a quote. The guest accepts through a secure link and the quote confirms on the spot.
- Promo codes on bookings
- You create a code, the guest enters it when they book, and our server checks it. The code is recorded on the booking.
Events and gift cards
- Free events with a seat limit
- Guests reserve online. When two people reach for the last seat, only one reservation is written.
- Priced events with door sales
- You publish the event page. Staff sell tickets at the door, mark them paid and check guests in.
- Gift cards at the till
- You issue, reissue and comp gift cards, and the till takes them like any other tender. Expiry is at least three years, the Australian Consumer Law minimum.
How we do it
A balance is worked out from the card’s own history, so nobody edits it after the fact. A redemption cannot pay out more than the card holds or more than the bill comes to.
