Four plans, the same system in each. The only thing that changes is how many bookable calendars you run. No commission, no per-booking fee, no lock-in. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Which one are you? Count the diaries you need to book into, not your staff — logins are unlimited and free on every plan. 1 calendar is Solo, up to 6 is Team, up to 12 is Crew, up to 30 is Group.
We priced it so the bill only moves when you grow, and never because you had a good month. Some booking platforms charge per booking, or take a commission on the customers they send you. We charge neither, on any booking, from any source.
A seat is a bookable calendar: a person or resource whose diary can fill. Your receptionist, your bookkeeper and your accountant log in free, with no cap on logins. You pay for diaries that take bookings, not for people who help run them.
Past 30 calendars the price is still on this page: $10 per extra calendar per month. There is no size at which we make you ask for a quote.
What we never charge
- No commission. Not on new customers, not on returning ones, not on any booking from any source.
- No per-booking or per-cover fee. A full diary costs the same as an empty one.
- No setup fee.
- No lock-in. Monthly billing. Leave when you like.
- No cap on bookings.
