BookMyVenue

Quandoo is closing. Your bookings need somewhere to go.

Moving booking platforms comes down to four things: the guest list, the future bookings, the floor plan and every link that points at the old system. This page covers what changes when you move from Quandoo to BookMyVenue, what it costs, and the order to do it in.

Free migration · Published pricing from $99 a month · 0% commission · No lock-in

Quandoo was a marketplace; BookMyVenue isn't. The differences that matter, on the record:

The four things that have to move

  1. Your guest list. Years of names, numbers and visit history. Export it from Quandoo while you still can; once a platform is offline, that data is not recoverable. We import it free by CSV, with a dry run first so you see exactly what will land before anything is written, and it stays yours to export again any time.
  2. Your future bookings. Every reservation already in the diary, including the Christmas functions. They come across so nobody arrives to a venue with no record of them.
  3. Your floor plan and services. Tables, sections, sittings, turn times and booking rules, rebuilt from your existing setup so your team recognises the diary on day one.
  4. Every link that points at Quandoo. Your website's book button, your Google Business Profile reservation link, Facebook and Instagram. Miss one and diners hit a dead page. We repoint all of them as part of the migration.

Migration is free and most venues are live in about a week. If Quandoo is still online when you move, we can run both systems in parallel until you're comfortable.

The system you'd be moving to has its own page: the booking diary and the till in one system, with kitchen printing, functions, gift cards and the Z-report.
