POS that already knows who's booked.
Your till and your booking diary run in one system, so staff see tonight's bookings and every open order where they take payment.
No commission. No per-booking fee. Your till, your terminal, your money.
What changes at close
From the booking to the Z-report

- OrderStaff or QR
- Kitchen and bar
- TillCash, EFTPOS, gift card
- Z-report
What the till does today
- Staff sign in with a PIN
- Each person signs in as themselves on a shared tablet.
- Staff and QR orders on one board
- One queue on any phone, tablet or computer, updating live.
- Cash drawers with a float and a count
- Staff cannot quietly rewrite yesterday's cash movement to make the till balance.
How we do it
The opening float is set once, and each cash movement is added, never overwritten.
- A Z-report that waits for two checks
- It comes out only when two independent checks of the night agree.
- Settlement reconciliation
- A mismatch lands on a money-exceptions report for you to resolve.
- Holiday and weekend surcharges
- Set once, disclosed to the guest on the order.
- Tips pooled and shared
- Shared among staff under the policy you set.
- Gift cards as a tender
- Issue, reissue and redeem at the till.
- Reports across your venues
- Product mix and money exceptions per period, with one login for every venue you run.
How card payments work
You take cash, and cards on the EFTPOS terminal you already have. Staff record each tender in the till.
With integrated EFTPOS through Linkly, the till sends the amount to your terminal and records the result. Stripe Terminal and Tyro connect the same way.
Do I have to change bank? No. You keep your terminal and your acquirer.

When the internet drops
Offline till mode keeps the till taking orders through an outage. A local venue agent holds the orders, then syncs when the connection returns.
More at the till
- Register screen
- Bills split by item.
- EFTPOS terminal paired to a register
- The till knows which terminal takes the payment.
- Cash rounding
- Cash tenders round to the nearest five cents.
- Drawer count by note and coin
- The till records the difference.
- Manager override
- A manager approves what a staff member cannot do alone.
- Kiosk and handheld register
- Self-order kiosks and a customer display.
